“Over the years in my nursing career, I, in collaboration with clients, explored their diet pattern and its impact on their medical condition and I always took the time to guide them to the healthy alternatives without compromising their pleasure of eating.”

My passion for cooking healthy has benefited my family, friends, clients and acquaintances for many years. Coincidentally, there is always a common thread in their feedback when the ingredients in the ever so delicious dishes are disclosed; I get statements like, “This is Paleo? How do you get your products so moist and light and so delicious or I can’t believe it is all healthy ingredients, oh my goodness, healthy is not supposed to taste so great!”
